1/ Placing your orders We have a telephone service for prescription ordering between 9am and 630pm Monday to Fridays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. 2/ We collect your prescription We can collect in person from your GP for those patients within our delivery area. We have an Electronic Prescription Service to communicate directly with any UK practice registered for EPS (Electronic Prescription Service). We are happy to receive prescriptions by post. We offer a Fax service, so your Doctor can instantly send us any acute/urgent prescription, but we must have the prescription sent via post or collected.
3/ We deliver the medicines to your chosen address. We provide a free, local, NHS prescription delivery service on weekdays and Saturday mornings for all local patients. Delivery by van to local delivery areas until 8pm. Nationwide delivery via Royal Mail/ courier service. Text and email updates of your prescription's progress. In addition we provide Access to professional advice from our Pharmacist via email or telephone. Online heath information. Keeping you up to date with changes and new services through social media.

Or register using one of our nomination forms. (Click Here) This can be posted, emailed, faxed or even send a picture via your smartphone to us. You can even just get your doctor to send us a prescription and we will contact you and do all the hard work. Our staff will always be willing to help as we are aware that not everyone is comfortable with the internet. Once registered you will be able to order all your medication direct from us (if GP surgery permits) or via your GP. We will always need an appropriate paper or prescription before we can issue any medicines but once this is in our hands, our Pharmacist will arrange for your order to come direct to your door. These are offered for people in the community who have difficulty remembering when to take their medicine. This service is offered free of charge
NHS Urgent Medicine Supply Advanced Service. This service reduces demand on the rest of the urgent care system, resolving problems leading to patients running out of their medicines and increases patients’ awareness of electronic repeat dispensing
When you are prescribed a new medicine by your doctor our pharmacists can offer support and advice to ensure you take the new medication as prescribed without suffering any unwanted side effects or explain any further questions you may have. We usually do this by keeping in contact with you during the first 4 weeks of your new medicine being prescribed.
